Overview

Full-contact karate champion, Matt Logan, is enlisted by the police to train their officers in self-defense, after several narcotics agents are mysteriously killed by an assailant using martial arts. When he becomes personally involved in the investigation, Matt must use all his skills to track down and defeat the killer.
