The earliest known instance of film comedy and the first film known to have a fictional narrative. At less than one minute long this marks an important beginning moment in the history of film. A gardener has a trick played on him when his hose is stepped on by a young boy. He catches on, pursues the young man and gives him a spanking.

In Hong Kong, a terrorist organization plans to blackmail the world's government with the help of two fatal diseases a goofy scientist created.
